Step 1: WeTransfer

  • Upload the patient's CBCT (DICOM /.dcm) and intra-oral scan (.ply or .stl) file via the WeTransfer link in the next section below.*

  • Include the clinic's and dentist's name in the WeTransfer portal.

Step 2: Complete the submission form below.**

*For accuracy, please submit a recent intra-oral scan and CBCT, taken within two weeks of submission

**Please note that we are currently working exclusively with Camlog/Conelog implant systems.
